For purchased items, the return policy will default to the original store/business. 
For the services of "Perfectly Picked Co.", you can request a refund or free service rectification within 14 days of purchase.

Once the gift package has been shipped, unfortunately it's completely out of our hands. Shipping services offer standard compensation for lost, delayed, or damaged items. When necessary, Perfectly Picked Co. will work with the shipping services to investigate/rectify the situation.

What if my package is late or past the estimated shipping date?

Shipping delay compensations will default to the shipping services policies. Please refer to the terms of service for the shipping provider that was used for your item.

How far in advance should I reach out before the gift occasion?

More time the better! One month prior to the event would be ideal; however, Perfectly Picked 
Co. will work with the client to achieve the due date by utilizing local artists and small businesses.

Do you arrange events for the gifts, or just tangible objects?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do suggest events for gift ideas and will arrange all the tickets needed! However, the client will need to provide dates that the recipient is available.

Is there any deal for requesting services for multiple people?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Once you fill out the questionnaire for one person, you will receive an email with a promo code to deduct £2 off your next purchase.
